Washrooms were properly maintained. Wifi speed is 20mbps which is fine. Parking space is there for 4-5 vehicles. Hot water is also available. The beds were only for two people but you can get mattress with pillow and a blanket. The issue was the curtains in the rooms which kept falling due to the loose rings, and the wifi range doesn't come for the room at the top. Overall the service is good. Also if you're willing to stay here then it's 150 m before the location given on maps

Not worth staying at this place for vacations. It is far from the beach. The nearby beaches are deep and not very safe. The rooms are okay but you will not get all the privacy and freedom needed since owner is staying in the same building. Also the charges are very high for stay. You can get decent rooms at any beach side resort with same charges. They also do not have food service and you are not allowed to eat inside the room. They can only give you morning tea but again the charges are very high compared to outside. I would not recommend this place to stay.

This is a worth home stay with cleanliness. Definitely recommendable for family for a homely vibes. The host was so humble and genuine.

This is the best and most safest home stay. Owner is polite and very helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and washrooms are hygienic. This has ample parking space and have lot of trees in garden. It's not that far away from beach. Must consider this if you are planning to visit this location.

Owner is polite person. But no room service available. No house keeping staff . In our stay of 4 days no room was even swipped.No food facilities available, not even morning beverages or breakfast is available there. Inspite of our booking they had taken booking of others for same room and and we were asked to stay in different homestay for one day n night and again shifted to their homestay. Though they assured for transport facilities availability we faced issue for almost waiting for than an hour on beach side in hot afternoon for their auto. Continously follow up done but they haven't provided any transport then almost with two kids after hectic schedule of water sports we walked 500m in sunny afternoon then luckily we got an auto . They had a good linkage of people but they are not reliable, can't predict when those people will ditch in between. There charges are also double. At devgon beach the person Mr. Rakesh refered from them took double amount an had done half the boat ride . They even were not ready to provide rescue jackets during boat ride. At water sports the team referred was not reliable. They took amount of package before the sports begin and demanded more amount after completing every sports on boat itself. Even according the package they haven't completed all sports and demanded more 700/- amount. When we denied to give the amount they kept our videos of scuba diving with them and not ready to give us. One visits picnic spot for peace and relaxation during vacation but our experience this time was horrible. The room charges were high without facilities. There was too much dust with web under the bed. At this amount we had experienced too good facilities at other places.
