Hotel is ok, rooms are clean but bedsheet weren't clean. AC was giving hard time throughout the night. Extras charges were taken for towels.

12-10-2025 Yesterday oner as not use to washrooms from driver his very arrogent ago on Google Hotel ownwr is very arrogant. Not at all recommended.. Cheap minded owner. Even rooms were pathetic. Don't go for it Dont go this hotel Hotel oner and hotel service is very bad

Our stay at this hotel on 23 December 2025 was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. He does not care about guests once the payment is received and has no basic manners when speaking to customers. The biggest problem we faced was the check-in policy. Check-in is at 1 PM and checkout at 10 AM, which was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking. we reached at 11:45 AM, the owner refused to give us the room, even though we had already booked and paid 50% amount at time of booking. When we requested politely, he started talking rudely and disrespectfully. We were forced to wait until 1 PM. At the time of entry(after waiting 1.15hrs), he immediately demanded the remaining 50% payment, clearly showing that they only care about money, not customers. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. The shower was not working properly, there was leakage, and overall hygiene was poor. The TV did not work at all—it was just for show. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If there were an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. Even 1 star is more than this place deserves.

The hotel is grossly overpriced for what it offers. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The toilet was covered in fecal stains and was unusable. The flush did not work. Everything around the toilet was dirty. The bathroom is extremely small, and the toilet is so close to the bathing area that it was impossible to shower without being confronted by the filth. I had to avert my eyes while bathing. There are virtually no basic facilities in the room. There is no hot water kettle, no mosquito repellent, nothing. Guests are expected to bring their own essentials. This stay was unacceptable for the price charged.

The owner’s behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant. Communication with guests is poor, and there is no sense of hospitality once payment is involved. Even though we had a confirmed booking, we arrived around 11:45 AM and were told that check-in was strictly at 1:00 PM. This timing was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. As a result, we had to wait for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. What stood out was that after making us wait, the first interaction at the time of entry was a request to pay the remaining 50% of the amount, which made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming. In addition, the bathroom condition was poor—the shower was not functioning properly and there was leakage. The TV was also not working. As paying guests, we expected basic courtesy, transparency, and functioning amenities, which were lacking here. I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are better options available for the price.
