Westbay Resort And Spa

It is great Hotel to stay. We never thought of having such a high hotel at Ganpati pule. But our experience with west bay resort is outstanding. Food is delicious, Rooms are clean, services is quick, staff is helpful, view from every room is breathtaking. Simba and Rocky ( a golden retriever and German Shepherd) are cures dogs ever . Very much playful and train dogs. Hutu treat them like his own child. We strongly recommend this Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at West Bay Resort. The rooms were clean, spacious and offered an amazing sea view. Room service was quick and the staff was always responsive. The biggest USP is the location — close to the Ganpatipule Mandir and many nearby spots, with beautiful views all around. The resort is large, full of greenery, and very well maintained. It has plenty of facilities including a kids’ play area, sports zone, swimming pool, spa, shoppe and travel desk. The separate vegetarian restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast spread was wide and satisfying. A couple of areas for improvement: • The veg restaurant is located downhill with many steps, which may be difficult for senior citizens. A shed or buggy service would help. • Taxi services arranged for station transfers and sightseeing felt a bit expensive. Overall, a great family-friendly resort with excellent views and good service. Would recommend!

Had a second visit to this hotel! The place is great with beautiful sea view! The vibe of the place is amazing, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Takes care of the needs related to child very well! This time my wife tried their spa- Bliss spa to add the cherry on the cake but to mine ans hers disappointment, it wasn’t good at all. The spa spoiled her whole experience and felt our money was wasted! To begin with the masseuse didn’t bother her to greet, nor asked her if there are any pain areas or any specific concerns, just entered and said let’s start, then instead of telling the masseuse to intensify the pressure she didn’t pay attention to it, there was no uniformity in any strokes, didn’t do any stretching, not spending equal time on any of the body parts, absolutely weak massage strokes, no focus on acupressure points, felt like she just wanted to get it done with, finally my wife told her to kindly do the stretching of her feet and wrist, as there was no relief to her, and upon request she did do feet stretching but instead of doing wrist stretching she said her massage is complete, showed her the shower area and straight went out without even bothering to ask how is she feeling or how was the massage. Unfortunately I regret opting for it. I was suppose to get the massage done after her, but listening to my wife’s experience I chose not to. The property is the best amongst all, I would love to go there again. but in my opinion do not opt for their spa! Its a waste of your hard earned money

It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or solo. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. I would definitely love to return!

We had a really great stay here. We booked a sea-view room and the view from the balcony was just perfect — whether it was early morning or evening tea, this is the place you want to sit and relax. The food was good and reasonably priced. The property is well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There are indoor games like carrom, TT, and pool, plus fun activities like archery and air-rifle shooting, which kept both kids and adults happily engaged. The infinity swimming pool is a big highlight — especially for kids. You’ll easily end up spending hours there. Complimentary breakfast had good variety, including South Indian, local dishes, and English breakfast options. Location is very convenient — close to Ganpatipule temple and easily accessible from both Ganpatipule and Aare-Ware beaches. Staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. They really made our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed family vacation! 👍
