I am writing to share my disappointing experience during our recent stay. We had booked a regular room over the phone, and the lady we spoke to seemed cooperative at first. However, upon our arrival around 9 PM, the situation was far from what we expected. To begin with, the restaurant was closed, and we were shocked to find that basic amenities such as towels and soap were not provided. These are essentials that every guest expects to be available. Additionally, the room was priced significantly higher compared to other hotels in the area, and the tariff did not even include breakfast. When we made the booking, we communicated our intention to check out in the evening. The following morning, while we were out visiting nearby places, we received a call from the lady at the front desk informing us about the check-out time. She then proceeded to ask for half-day charges for a late checkout. This conversation was very unprofessional and rude, which only added to our frustration. Only location is very close temple.

**Terrible Experience with Room Owner** I had a very bad experience, especially with the room owner, who was extremely rude. Here are the issues I faced: 1. Despite paying ₹2800 for the room, they didn't even offer two water bottles worth ₹40. 2. I requested hot water in the evening for my kids to bathe after playing on the beach. After much back-and-forth, they finally agreed. 3. During checkout, they called every 15 minutes, harassing us about increasing charges, making it impossible to enjoy our stay. 4. The hotel owner acted as if they were doing us a favor, speaking in a very disrespectful manner. 5. They didn't provide a proper bill upon payment. 6. Even for soap, we had to call multiple times. Don't trust local agents. There are many better options available at a lower price.

Faded, possibly unwashed bedsheets, stained towels - they need to fix this ASAP. Price is also not low enough to tolerate such shabby service. Rooms are okay.

Additionally, there was no support staff available during our stay, making it difficult to address any concerns or requests. While the location is convenient, it is the only redeeming feature. All other aspects — including cleanliness, service, and value — were substandard. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

The hotel was awesome. The staff service was very good, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and well maintained. Wi-Fi was available, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were also provided. The hotel has a pleasant natural environment around it. Parking was available on the ground floor and was spacious and convenient.
