Good property, near to beach. Food and service both are excellent.

I had a very disappointing experience with Shiv Shakti Palace. I had a confirmed booking for the 19th, but when we reached the hotel, the staff informed us that the booking was cancelled last time and refused to acknowledge it. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress, especially after traveling to the location with a confirmed reservation. The staff was not helpful in resolving the issue or providing any alternative solution Such poor booking management and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as confirmed bookings are not being honored.

Disastrous,I booked a hotel a week before my trip and my booking was cancelled at the last minute. They waited a whole week to cancel the booking and not even informed me. One thing I realised here is that they allot rooms to people from whom they have got more price across various platforms and cancel others for the same stay.Its a kind of scam. The hotel is run by an old couple,who are not concerned about the problems you will face after the last minute cancellation. We were roaming on the roads of Shriwardhan for hours to find another room. It was a bitter experience Our culture is to respect the elderly people but few people do not deserve it. I will suggest you to book any other hotel rather than booking this.There are much more nice Staycations and good people handling those in Sriwardhan rather than these people.

I really feel sorry that I did not see the Google reviews of people who had already gave this horrible place a 1 star rating. The rooms were way beyond poorly maintained, bathroom fittings were rusty and hardly working. Spider webs in the corners. I doubt they even clean rooms after someone checks out. We decided to stay here after visiting the room only because there was no other option left. We didn't even dare to have any food prepared over here. Next time, even if entire Shriwardhan is fully booked and these people offer me a free stay, I will prefer to sleep on the street instead of staying here. Beware: They share photos of rooms maybe which were taken soon after the renovation. But now same rooms are in horrible state. If you don't want to ruin your trip, please think multiple times. Note: I am not sure which people are giving this property anything more than 1 star. Perhaps they stayed in cottages and not in the building. I am not sure what condition the cottages are.

Great stay for the new year night. The staff n owners were there to manage everything and it was nicely done. The rooms are spacious and clean. The best part is the center garden and the walk to the beach. Great homely feeling with warm home made bf. Must stay place if you are planning a trip to Shrivardhan.

Property is at prime location, it's a good property, however it's not maintained properly. Also staff is less, we had to request towels, soap and water multiple times. Cleaning of rooms was delayed. Food is good and tasty, staff and owners are respectful and cooperative. Cleaning of pool, garden is required. Painting of rooms and bathroom needs to be maintained to match the cost charges to customers. Overall stay was decent but could definitely hv been better experience.

We celebrated New Year at Shiv Shanti Holiday Inn hotel with three families, totaling 10 people. The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from Shrivardhan beach, and they charge the same rates during peak periods as during regular days. I’ve organized my feedback into pros and cons, which I hope will provide a useful review. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing 2. Excellent location 3. Courteous staff and owner 4. Two types of unlimited breakfast along with tea 5. Availability of parking 6. Children’s play area and swimming pool Cons: 1. Room cleanliness 2. Bathroom upkeep, including faucet leaks and hand wash bottle issues 3. Some lights are not functioning 4. The taste of ala carte food could be improved

The place was very good and perfect. If you are environment friendly then this place is a must visit. There are trees and plants in a very perfect amount. There is a beautiful lawn in the backyard. Due to its perfect location the beach is only 10 mins walk from this hotel. The lawn has lightings from its border. But there is one concern that the TV is not working.But there is a perfect combination of Nature and Technology in this hotel. If you enter the premises then you will feel that the rooms will not be modern but when you enter the room the the room is very luxurious but if you choose standerd package then the room will not be as luxurious as Deluxe, Executive and Cottage. Had very much fun playing in the backyard, chilling in the room and much more

This is a really good property within just 8 minute walking distance from beach. We went there for New Year’s Eve as a family group and really enjoyed DJ Night. There are some shortcomings too, but their pricing was not inflated for New Year’s Eve, so that was quite refreshing to see. Pros: - Their lawn is quite big and they arranged tables/chairs along with DJ night and meals (paid) there, so it was quite relaxing. Our family group played games and enjoyed dinner and drinks in the lawn till late without any disturbances from owners, so it was worth it. - Their swimming pool is really good. We all along with our kids enjoyed it a lot. The water is clean and pool was well-maintained. - The room size is quite good for a family of 3 or 4. All rooms have 1 double bed. Additionally, the standard room has 1 extra single bed, while deluxe room has 1 extra sofa-cum-bed which makes a small double-bed, so suitable for 2 children. - The staff was co-operative. Kartik gave us an exceptional service for our large food order. The owner aunty (from owner old couple) was quite understanding and cooked rice-rotis for us as regular staff had left for the day. - Reasonable pricing. The owners kept the room cost same on New Year as other usual season. Cons: This is Homestay, so it is not very professionally maintained and run property. Some of your valid demands will be met and some others would be questioned (by old uncle from owner couple). Some specifics below. - Their cleanliness needs a HUGE improvement. Some sheets were stained beyond repair and needed replacement instead of cleaning. This doesn’t mean the sheets were dirty, just that they were not properly cleaned or replaced like professional hotels. - They didn’t change our sheets and towels on second day. When a friend asked for it, it was indirectly refused. If you’re ready to overlook these aspects, or if owners can improve on them, the property has a lot of good things to offer. All in all a good value-for-money, at least for our new-year-eve get-together. 👌🏻✌🏻
