Sea Nest is a lovely property located on top of a hill with a stunning 180-degree sea view. The open sea view creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The property is spacious and luxurious, with a good garden space that adds to the overall comfort and charm. It’s a great place to enjoy peaceful surroundings and beautiful views.

Extremely beautiful and spacious stay at Sea Nest, Ratnagiri. The beachside location is peaceful, and the balcony is perfect for stargazing at night. A lovely place to relax and unwind!

Actually vila is very spacious and fantastic sea view. But unfortunately it is not properly maintained, bathrooms are having leakage issues and all bathrooms are very unhygenic. Lights and fans are ok. Overall the villa is though very spacious and having good sea view, it urgently needs renovation.

POORLY MAINTAINED, EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The stay was completely falsely advertised and the service was very very disappointing, the utilities, the hygiene and the response for the villa was equally horrible. We chose this villa because they offered a good view, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms which was a requirement for our large group. Instead we got an extremely unhygienic and a poorly maintained villa with: 1. only 2 bathrooms because one we couldn't use at all due to a continuous and nasty leak right above the western commode; 2. Almost all the the pillows provided in legit had fungus on them and the ones that didn't had hair from previous guests 3. The sofa covers which I believe were pet covers had stains all over the covers on all sofas; 4. We weren't served tea or coffee which is literally the very basic when we say breakfast and when requested a very rude "ingredients are made available you can make it yourself" reply was received. We could have cooked our own breakfast with this logic; 5. When we called to ask the owner or the contact person to address these issues as we discovered them there was no response and when the phone was picked up we were told that they would call us back in 2 mins and then never bothered to check again; 6. Absolutely no toiletries were provided. No hand towels, no tissue paper rolls, no toothpaste,no shampoo, body wash /soap and two small half used toothpaste tubes which was provided in an extremely dirty stand, even the mug in the bucket for bath didn't have an handle ; 7. Except location, we couldn't enjoy anything and this really ruined our whole experience. While we have been decent guests and paid honestly which we shouldn't have because they didn't even give us the same courtesy of keeping their end of the promise. The charges we were charged were really high for us to have been provided this kind of service and stay. If you are thinking of choosing this villa, please opt for literally any other place.

Our stay at this farmhouse was truly memorable. The service provided by both the caretaker and the owner was excellent — they were helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The bedrooms and drawing room were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a cozy environment to relax.The highlight of our trip was the mesmerizing view of Ware Beach from the balcony and terrace — absolutely breathtaking! The property is well-equipped with Wi-Fi and an audio speaker for entertainment, plus there’s ample space for parking. However, the roads leading to the farmhouse are quite narrow, so a bit of careful driving is needed.It’s advisable to plan your food in advance, either by coordinating with the in-house cook or a nearby restaurant. The farmhouse’s proximity to both Aare Ware Beach and Kajirbhati Beach is a major advantage. Kajirbhati Beach also offers various adventure sports for thrill-seekers.Situated on a mountain terrain, the farmhouse provides a serene, spiritual retreat away from city noise. While the location is a bit remote — which comes with its pros and cons — it adds to the peaceful charm of the place.Overall, this farmhouse is a must-recommend stay for anyone visiting Ganpatipule and Ratnagiri

The resort is very pretty and very spacious, the same is located on the hill, which gives it a different serenity. The room are big and clean. The hall room has space where groups can sit together and chill. The special thing about place is balcony attached to the hall, that gives the sea view, and during night we get to hear sound of waves, which is very soothing, if we want a detour from fast city life, this place is the best. There is also a garden outside, the sunsets from here are to die for.
