Sai Homestay

Me and my hubby visited this Sai Homestay and we were so happy that we have again planned to visit in the month of March. Adi cooperates and is available for guest concerns.He alao planned our water activities and arranged a bike for us.I highly recommend this Homestay. Their food is also very tasty, specially the prawn masala.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The owner was very polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. All basic amenities were provided, and the overall experience was comfortable and peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had booked non AC room. The room was so clean and service was so good. And room rate is Rs.1500/night where you can stay 2-3 persons in one room. The owner (Adi Bhai) was so nice person and supportive. They provide food also which homemade food (veg & non veg). All Beaches are also nearby in 1km of distance from this stay. So overall experience was so good 😊.

Amazing Homestay Experience in Malvan! We had a wonderful stay at this Adi’s Sai homestay in Malvan. The rooms are top-class, luxurious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. And the highlight — the food! 😍 The Kombadi Vade was absolutely delicious, authentic Malvani taste, freshly prepared, and one of the best we’ve had. Every meal was flavorful and made with care. If you’re looking for a place in Malvan that offers excellent food, premium rooms, and outstanding service, this homestay is a perfect choice. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again!

Had a really peaceful stay. The hosts were very friendly and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The homestay was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were calm and beautiful, which made the experience even better. All the basic amenities were well maintained. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. A special mention to Kaki — she cooks amazing food and is such a kind and warm person. And thanks to adi And a big thanks to Aadi for the best hospitality; he made sure we felt at home throughout our stay.

Had a really amazing stay at Wayre Beach. The place was very clean and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient. The food was the best part for me. Absolutely loved the fish thali (prawns, surmai, and paplet) — fresh, tasty, and totally satisfying. Great stay overall, would definitely visit again and will recommend. Oh and their chai!! Can’t recommend enough.
