Experience was not so good. Rooms are not specious. Old one not maintained properly. Rates differs seasonwise. We have paid rs. 6500 per person in last month. There is no alternative good arrangement. This is the only big hotel. TV's were not working. Paying so much money for poor services is not worth. Food quality is not up to the mark.Outside sitting and swimming pool is good. Better option is to stay at Shrivardhan and visit Harihareshwar for a day trip. Both are beautiful places.
The food quality was below expectations. When booking online, please verify the actual prices, as they appear significantly inflated on most apps. Extra mattresses are chargeable; it is advisable to confirm this in advance while booking. The staff lacks professionalism, and overall service is quite slow. In Harihareshwar, this property seems to be one of the few options offering a large swimming pool. Overall, expectations should be kept moderate.
Pros: 1) Location of the hotel. You can walk to beach and temple. 2) Big swimming pool. Your family, kids will enjoy. Water was clean. 3) Table Tennis, Carrom board, Chess was available. 4) Probably, this was the best option available in that area. Cons: 1) Building is in dilapidated state. Big cracks were visible outside & inside of the building. 2) Airtel mobile network does not work. 3) Wi-Fi was available only on ground floor. 4) TV not functional in any room. 5) Food was average. 6) Complimentary breakfast is not available. They will charge you for everything. Not even a single water bottle free of cost.
Recently checked in at Royale Greens Resort with my friends to celebrate a special occasion — New Year (31st Dec 2025) — and overall it was a memorable experience. The DJ night, fireworks, and bonfire created an amazing New Year vibe and were well organized. In the morning, we had a great time enjoying the swimming pool, which was clean and refreshing. We also spent quality time playing table tennis, which added to the fun and bonding with friends. A couple of areas that can be improved: Wi-Fi connectivity was weak and needs improvement. TV was available in the room but not working, which should be checked before guest check-in. Apart from these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable, and the resort is a good choice for group stays and New Year celebrations. With a few improvements in amenities, it can offer an even better experience. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)
Rooms: We got 4 bed room. It was huge. Very spacious and equipped with all basic communities but did not have AC Restaurant : Restaurant offers good variety of veg and non vegetarian food. In breakfast they had provided misal Pav, tea and pohe Location : This hotel is located just 1.5 km away from harihareshwar Temple Amenities: This hotel has a really big and beautiful swimming pool. It also has a big Garden and play area for kids. The forest view behind the hotel is nice
I had been there for 2 nights. The hotel is decent with a pool with a large seating area and indoor play area. The housekeeping staff is fantastic and food is delicious. It is the only decent hotel near to the Harihasreshwar beach. However, the exterior of the hotel and general maintenance of the building needs attention. At many places, the cement is exposed. We stayed in a double room for 4 adults. The room was quite spacious.
