The hospitality was truly exceptional — the hosts are very kind, welcoming, and make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. One of the best parts of the stay was the food. The home-cooked meals were fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. It felt like eating homemade food with authentic taste, which made the experience even more special. The surroundings are calm and serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and escape the noise of the city. The peaceful environment, fresh air, and natural beauty around the homestay create a very soothing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Vishwas Homestay to anyone visiting Ganpatipule. Why One must visit Vishwas Homestay!! Location - situated at Kotavade village Ratnagiri. The homestay is located in the middle of Alphonso orchard and many herbal plants which enable us to stay healthy and breathe pure air. The staff at homestay are so welcoming and took our care like a good host. Food was delicious and full of local cuisine. The bonfire at the terrace under the full moon with nostalgic songs was the cherry on the top. Many heart touching discussions and memories were resurfaced over a hot cup of tea in the midnight along the bonfire. Leaving at Vishwas Homestay is like rejuvenating yourself and starting fresh for the work next!😊

Vishwas Homestay Experience Vishwas Homestay is truly a place you’ll love if you wish to stay connected with nature and enjoy peace and quiet. The lush green surroundings, mango trees, and vibrant plants create a serene, refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and give a real homely feel. The staff were very caring and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the authentic local cuisine — especially the hot chapatis and delicious desserts! The location is perfect — close to all the must-visit places in Ganpatipule and Ratnagiri, making it very convenient for sightseeing. For EV owners, this is one of the best stays in the region — offering fast charging at a reasonable price, available round the clock. A truly relaxing and memorable experience — highly recommended!

This is the first time we had visit vishwas home stay in 2026 and we had best experience in terms of overall hospitality, staff behaviour, cleanliness, quality of food, rooms. As we were only the guest in home stay in this duration so it was peaceful and enjoyable trip. Mr. Joshi was coordinating nicely. He was professional awa well as helpful,supportive in nature. Peaceful, family-friendly stay with excellent service We recently stayed at this homestay in Kotawade and had a very pleasant experience, especially as a family. The service was excellent and very thoughtful. They went out of their way to provide fresh garam chapati and rice for our toddler whenever he was hungry, which made a big difference for us as parents. It’s also a great option for a staycation. I was able to work comfortably from the property, as the environment was quiet and calm. The owner was very helpful and personally checked in with us a couple of times to ensure everything was going well, which felt very reassuring. If you’re specifically looking for a sea-facing homestay, this may not be the right choice. However, the beaches are quite close—Aare Ware Beach is about 15 minutes away, and Ganpatipule is roughly 25 minutes from the property. Overall, if you’re looking for peace, calmness, and fewer crowds, especially with family, this place is highly recommended. We truly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality.
