Good Things : The owner is a nice person and cooperative. Budget homestay in malwan city center and close to Malwan beach. Though they don't serve food, there are plenty of options available as it is located very close to Malwan Market. He will also give/ connect you to the person who offer the water sports like scuba, parasailing, seating, slipping and bannana ride in a reasonable rate. Worth staying. The overall experience was too good. Suggestion : The owner could have maintained the home in a far better manner to attract the tourists.

Very nice home to live for big family in one place at reasonable rates rather than to live in expensive hotels... Beach and market is on walking distance... Owner ia very helpful and nice in nature.. this place makes us feel to live in real konkan as this home is completed made of wood and of 100 years old...
