The place is not good at all. Cons n cons 1. Extremely thin mattress 2. No basin 3. Indian toilet 4. No hot water 5. Very bad road to reach and far away from ganpatipule beach. 6. No option for breakfast or tea 7. Mosquitos 8. No blankets by host 9. Spider webs in room. Host charged 2000rs for this filthy room. Won't recommend to anyone

I had to cancel this booking due to extremely unprofessional behavior by the host. The property was listed as a 4 BHK and my booking for 4 people was confirmed on Airbnb. After confirmation, the host ignored all my messages and calls. When he finally answered after we reached Ratnagiri, he asked where I had booked from and said he does not use Airbnb and told me to cancel since he “would not get money.” He then said only one room would be provided for the Airbnb price and demanded ₹2000 extra per room in cash, or asked us to fit all 4 people into one room. He repeatedly refused to cancel from his side, knowing guests would lose money. Airbnb support tried contacting him but he remained unresponsive. Only after Airbnb intervened did he change his stand. This shows very poor business ethics and greed. Thankfully, Airbnb refunded me after canceling from their end. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and this host.
