Very helpful owner and staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Pros: The owner and all the staff are extremely helpful Rooms are clean TV, AC, kettle, etc, everything works. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff help you with booking transport and beach activities Very close to the Malvan bus stand Con: Only breakfast is available. The lunch and dinner facilities were not available at the hotel. Overall 5-star rating because of the extremely good nature of the owner(Omkar), manager(Ankita), and the cleaning staff(Yogesh)

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most polite and attentive staff I've ever encountered. Their warm welcome set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. The hotel itself was nothing short of spectacular. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's decor and furnishings was truly remarkable. The dining experience was equally outstanding. The hotel's restaurant served the most delicious and diverse cuisine, and the service was impeccable. I was treated to a gastronomic journey that left my taste buds delighted. Receptionist Ankita she was helpful in assisting whenever we required. Only a pro's is, if you eat food outside you'll get there at a cheaper rate than ordering in the hotel. The food is really expensive. Rest everything is ok.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms and bathroom. 24x7 hot water and good air condition in rooms. Car parking available local market in just 500 meters. Food quality is very good. Multi options available. Staff food suggestions were good.

Rooms: The rooms are very clean and contain all the basic necessities. A good value for money package. Service: The staff is very helpful and tried to solve whatever query we had. Location: The hotel is located ~2KMs from the nearest beach. It is better to have your own travelling arrangements. . Suggestions: The breakfast was included in our booking but there was no filter water available in their dinning area! The staff ensured that the customer had to buy water bottles! Maybe they were instructed to do so but filtered water is a basic necessity which should have been readily available.

Good location to stay in Malvan. Opp. Malvan bus stand. Shops are nearby. Malvan beach is 2 kms and Tarkarli is 7 kms. Breakfast is ok. Limited options. But we enjoyed the dinner for 2 nights. Being vegetarian, we had less choice but it was freshly prepared and good in taste. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Deluxe room is very small. We changed to Super Deluxe which was quite spacious. But there was bad smell in the bathroom.
