Nice place to stay. Rooms are quite spacious and there is enough parking too. Owner is also co-operative and gives nice advice.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's good for family and friends. The rooms are very clean. The staff is also very good and supportive. There are places like Sindhudurg Fort, Rock Garden, Dandi beach, Tarkarli and Devbaugh beach to visit within 6-7 kms from this homestay. The owner is very kind.

This is average homestay on the way to Malavan. Parking available for 2 cars. In total they have 1BHK, 2BHK and 2 single rooms. Rooms are average. Service is better when caretaker is available during daytime. We booked 1BHK which has AC in bedroom only. Further there was no kitchen since they made it store yard so effectively only 2 rooms in 1BHK. The breakfast was served by 8am and was delicious. Lunch is available bu for dinner you need to go out. All in all its not recommended to stay here at such exorbitant price. Lot of options available in vicinity which are not listed online. You can directly book offline by verifying yourself instead of online bookings even during peak season. Ask for mosquito repeller in advance in case you book this.

We got a recommendation from a friend of ours that this homestay is good for family. Well, I must say it was totally worth it like the service & food. Everything was top notch and you will get a sister there in receptionist who will be guide with place by place where, and what time you can visit . Thank you, sister, without you. I don’t think so. We could cover that much of places in few days. ❤️

For dinner, while they have a small kitchen, I explored the town, but the hosts were always happy to suggest the best places for an authentic "Fish Thali." Practical Tips for Visitors * Transport is Key: The villa is about 3-4 km away from Chivala Beach and the Malvan Jetty. I highly recommend renting a scooter (the host can help with this) or having your own car. It gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace. * Payment: Carry some cash. Like many local homestays in the region, digital payments can sometimes be tricky due to network fluctuations. * Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful neighborhood, so it’s best suited for those looking to relax rather than those looking to throw a loud party. It offers safety, extreme cleanliness, and a level of personal care that you simply won't find at a larger resort. For the price point (roughly ₹1,200 - ₹2,500), the value is unbeatable. If you want to wake up to the sound of rustling leaves, eat home-cooked food, and feel like a welcomed guest in a Konkan home, this is the place to stay. I left Malvan feeling refreshed, and a large part of that was thanks to the comfort provided by Konkan Villa Dream.
