It's a 10/10 go for it guys very clean huge rooms. Pretty property budget friendly. Little far from the market area but the stay was soo cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was OK limited options.... but the property is good can book again

We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy, clean, and spacious, each with an attached washroom that added to the comfort. The resort served delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the staff were supportive, friendly, and always ready to help. One of the best advantages is its convenient location—close to Sawantwadi Railway Station and the Auto Rickshaw stand, making travel easy. Indoor sports facilities like carrom, chess, table tennis, and a well-equipped gymnasium are available, along with a huge swimming pool that adds to the fun and relaxation. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities and excellent hospitality.

Nitin and Nupur were very helpful in making our stay comfortable. Food taste was good. Typical Malvani style. Some minor upkeep issues, otherwise everything was ok. Location is convenient to drive out to other locations in Konkan and Goa.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past five days, and the electricity is being turned on and off very conveniently. Ms. Triveni informed me over the phone that the hotel does not use the generator in order to save costs. While I understand that this is a village area, if you are operating a 3-star hotel near the railway station, you must ensure proper backup arrangements. It is not reasonable to expect guests to stay without electricity or even a fan for an entire day, while still charging the full amount. If you are comfortable staying without electricity while the hotel saves on generator expenses, then you may choose this property. Otherwise, I would strongly reconsider before booking.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay near Sawantwadi, this is the place. It's surprisingly quiet despite being just five minutes from the railway station. The vibe is very family-friendly. We got a spacious room with a very clean bathroom. The service was generally good; the staff was polite and quick to help us with whatever we needed. The food really stood out for us. It tasted fresh and local. I absolutely loved the Aamboli for breakfast and the Fish Thali for lunch. A great spot for a relaxing weekend!
