We had a really lovely experience at Atithi Restaurant Ganpatipule. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The service was a little slow at Aswad Veg restaurant, but the staff was polite and everything else was wonderful. A special thank you to Yuvraj Sir for managing our stay so well and making sure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and we would be happy to come again😊✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service at Hotel Kaular Athithi's, Ganpatipule I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Athithi, conveniently located near Ganpatipule Mandir and just a short walk from Ganpatipule Beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall ambience was very pleasant. The hotel staff truly deserves special appreciation. Everyone was extremely polite, supportive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would especially like to thank Relationship Manager Yuvraj for his exceptional service. After checkout, I accidentally left my luggage at the hotel, and Yuvraj handled the situation with remarkable responsibility and care. He took personal ownership, acted promptly, and ensured my luggage was safely returned without any stress for me. Such dedication and genuine concern for guests is rare and truly commendable. Thanks to the amazing staff—especially Yuvraj—I highly recommend Hotel Athithi, Ganpatipule, and would happily stay here again.

I have stayed three times here at Ganpatipule with my family, and every stay has been a very good experience. The rooms are super clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which is very important when traveling with family. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Staff is cooperative and helpful, and the overall maintenance of the property is consistently good. What I really like is the reliability the quality has remained the same across all visits. Comfortable stay, good cleanliness standards, and a safe environment for families. Highly recommended for family stays. Will definitely visit again.

The stay was not worth the price charged. Rooms were clean but very small. Hot water was available only till 9 AM; after that, we had to repeatedly contact the relationship manager to get hot water supplied. I stayed for 2 days, and room cleaning on the second day was done only after I requested it. No water bottle was provided on the second day, and I had to remind the staff. Surprisingly, these items were charged in the final bill, which I had to get corrected at checkout. The staff is generally supportive and polite, but the service level does not match the pricing. Housekeeping cleaned the room but forgot to replace towels and soap. When I asked, I was initially told everything was already provided, and only after clarifying again were the items given. Food service was extremely slow. After placing an order, we waited almost 1.5 hours for the food. Even for a simple item like chaas (buttermilk), it took over 30 minutes, despite being told it would arrive in 15–20 minutes. Breakfast and meals are served by different nearby restaurants, which further affects coordination and service quality. Overall, service, food, and value for money are disappointing. Proceed with caution — I would not recommend this property.

From the moment I arrived at Kaularu, Athithi Resort, I felt embraced by the warmth of coastal Konkan hospitality. Nestled amidst swaying palms and just minutes away from the serene Ganpatipule beach, the resort is a perfect blend of comfort, tradition, and tranquility. Mr. Yuvraj - the Operations Manager is the only go-to person. He ensures that the customer is at the comfortable best and also arranges anything that the customer needs at any hour. He arranges a very special room for me and I enjoyed my stay for a day. Kaularu, Athithi Resort is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience of Konkan’s soul. Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking a blend of relaxation and cultural richness, this resort left me with cherished memories and a strong desire to return.

What stood out the most was the Relationship Manager, Mr Yuvraj. He, after showing all available options, recommended the one as per the customer's interest. He went out of his way to ensure the guests felt homely. and a personal touch that ensured a smooth experience from check-in to checkout.
