Hotel Shiv Sagar Palace

I recently visited this property in Ganpati Pule and had a pleasant stay. The property is huge with very spacious rooms, and the best part is that every room offers a beautiful sea-facing view, which makes the experience truly special. The food was another highlight – flavorful, reasonably priced, and served by a friendly and attentive staff. While the overall stay was enjoyable, the property could benefit from better upkeep and improved cleanliness standards. Some areas felt less well-maintained than expected. However, considering the amazing view, the spacious rooms, and the budget-friendly pricing, it still offers good value for money.

Nice huge property. Gives fresh of a palace. Rooms are nice and maintained. All rooms are facing sea. Sumptuous Good. Cooperative staff.

I stayed here for one day. I had very bad experience. Manager was very rudely talking. Very poor services. property is too old need to do renovation. staff talk politely when you check in but the behaviour get changed once you checked in.

Exceptional location and spooky vibes 👻 2 minor flaws - The hotel despite its grandeur needs some renovation and touch-up WiFi strength inside the room is abysmal. WiFi extender comes extremely handy.

1. Don't book online (especially holiday season) as it's way expensive that offline price. 2. Hotel isn't maintained well. 3. Service is pathetic. There isn't intercom in room and calling the reception cell phone number they provided, no one picks up. Need to goto reception and you are lucky if you find someone at reception. 4. It wasn't good experience ordering food. Local drink solkadhi wasn't available. 5. Bathroom is outdated and not so clean. Bed cannot accommodate 2 adult and a kid. Overall I had bad experience for the price I paid (booked via Agoda).

Amazing place to stay in Ganpatipule. Little far from beaches but worth with plenty of parking, spacious rooms and tasty food. Service was outstanding, I had dinner and it was best in taste and service despite kitchen is long walk for waiters. Thanks to each and everyone from staff. Rooms are almost 1000sqft and big bathrooms with hot water. Big balcony with sea facing is plus. Kids play area is good. It looks old from outside but overall you get everything you need at a good hotel for holiday.
