⭐ 1/5 - Very Disappointing Experience at HOTEL ANNAPURNA I recently visited HOTEL ANNAPURNA, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food was served cold and lacked flavor, which completely ruined the meal. The roti was especially bad — it was hard, stale, and felt like it had been sitting for a long time. In addition to the poor food quality, the service was extremely slow and unprofessional. The staff didn’t seem interested in attending to customers, and basic courtesy was missing. We had to call multiple times just to get water or have our order taken. Overall, it was a very unsatisfying visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent service. One of the worst hotels in Ganapatiphule, no cleaning, no service and nothing that makes your stay pleasant and comfortable. They charge extra 500 for AC which hardly works for 2 hour, no towel or no hygiene.

No Parking, Reception is managed by many people and told different room rates. Owner is arrogant. It's under construction property. Rooms are not clean, dusty bed, chair, fan. No hot water in bathroom though mentioned at the time of booking. Overall not a good experience.

Rude owner don't know how to talk with the customer. They don't even provide the toiletries like towel and soap etc. Rooms are not clean. Please cascade the information to all and do not visit the hotel for stay and food. Hotel is not good and hygienic. One of the worst hotel in ganpatipule

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and cleanliness. The owner's arrogant and unprofessional conduct was unacceptable. Furthermore, I was inappropriately contacted late at night regarding payment clearance, despite having paid an advance and providing all necessary documentation. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
