I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. What really stood out was their family-style behavior; they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Every request was handled with care and respect, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality. Will definitely visit again!

Very homely and welcoming feeling The stay was amazing and owner's are very co-operative and helping which really stand out and smoothened me The location is quite walkable from major tourist attractions such as chivala beach, Rock garden, sunset point, ganesh mandir and Rajkot (shivaji maharaj statue). Rooms are cozy and spacious. Highly Recommended ❤️

Green Arc Homestay is a great place to stay in the center of Malvan. The rooms are neat, clean, and quite spacious. The WiFi works very well. The owner, Mr. Sameer, is a kind and caring host. He makes sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He is always ready to help. The food is very delicious. During our 3-day stay, we enjoyed every meal. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis were very tasty. The food feels just like home-cooked meals. Breakfast items like Poha and Amboli with chutney were especially good. They also serve fresh fish such as Halva and Kalva. The service is fast and efficient. The homestay is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of Chivla Beach. If you are visiting Malvan, Green Arc Homestay on Kacheri Road near Rock Garden is a lovely option for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Green Arc Homestay This is equivalent to 3 star hotel with decent interior.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is a big plus — it’s very close to Chivala Beach just 2 minutes walk making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever you want .Rock Garden,Ganpati temple and Rajkot fort is nearby walking distance. The host are kind-hearted and very helpfull and treated us with great hospitality.Samir is very helpful and friendly he guided us for the places we went. Both the owners are warm and welcoming.ladyowner prepares amazing food ghavan chutney Amboli poha upama sheera she is real Annapurna.Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Malvan. The location was nice and cool, 5 mins next to the beach. The owner and the care taker was very helpful and caring..... Felt very comfortable.... It was like you name it and he'll manage it for you, very humble and kind ..... Great service. Food was great...... Rooms were clean and cozy bathrooms were properly clent and maintained.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a truly wonderful experience. Samir is extremely chill, friendly, and genuinely kind-hearted, which made our stay feel very comfortable and homely. He also introduced us to the water activities person, which made things easy and hassle-free for us. The food prepared at the stay was a solid 10/10 – absolutely delicious! The prawns fry and fish rawa fry were the highlights and tasted amazing. The location is another big plus. The stay is just a minute’s walk from the beach, and all the sightseeing places are within walkable distance. It’s also very close to nearby attractions, making it super convenient. Overall, a perfect place to stay with great food, a prime location, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with my friends and had an incredible experience. Green Arc is in a great location with spacious rooms, the Chivla beach is just 2 mins walk away. But the real standout is the food. The home-cooked meals by Kaku—especially the Fish dishes and also vegetarian dishes for sure were simply delicious. A special shoutout to Mr. Sameer for his wonderful hospitality and for making our group feel so comfortable. Highly recommended for families!

I never expected we would get such great service at a homestay! Rooms are clean, spacious with a strong wifi connection. Mr. Sameer is an excellent host and makes sure to provide everything to the guests, he was extremely helpful, always available, and ensured we had a comfortable and pleasant stay The food here is exceptional! In our 3 day stay, we had all the meals here. Veg as well as Non-veg thalis are simply delicious. Home cooked food, light for the stomach and moreover so tasty, what else do you want during travel? Recommendations: Poha, Ghavne, Fish thali (prawns, pomfret, bangda), veg thali and soulkadi ofcourse! Location is great too! Chivla Beach is just a 2 min walk, other major location are also at walkable distance.
