It's an average experience. It's a home stay so don't expect much. No room service. If you stay more than 1 day then at least they should clean the room but they won't. Very bad wifi. Close to beach (5 mins walk) Average food experience .

Room Condition and overall Staying experience was Good. Owner is really helpful and Friendly. They serve really delicious food. Highly recommended for those who want to experience authenticated Malvan culture n environment.

Wonderful experience. Nice home made food, served hot. Well arranged water sports. Scuba Diving was a fantastic experience for me. Will for sure go for the water sports & the stay. The only thing I would want an improvement on is the items that are served during meals. The food no doubt are well made & served hot, but would want the menu to be improved. On the whole, it was a fantastic experience. Would surely recommend this place to all. Thank You Mr. Kanchan for your hospitality.

This is one of the best home stays, we found in the Devbag and Malwan trip. The rooms are neat and clean. Service is prompt and quality. Ample space for parking. Safe and friendly. I would definitely recommend this homestay going for those who are going with their family. All the sites and view points are nearby from this home stay like Sindhudurg Fort, Malwan's Rock Garden. Service and Veg Food quality is simply good.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Gananayak Homestay in Malvan. The owner of the hotel is incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful. He made sure that all our needs were met with great care and attention, going out of his way to make our stay comfortable. If we needed anything, he promptly arranged it for us without any hassle. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with all essential facilities in place. The hot water facility worked perfectly, which was a relief. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malvan for its exceptional hospitality and comfortable amenities.

This homestay is perfectly located, with a river just about 400 meters behind it and a beautiful beach only 200 meters in front. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, especially considering the reasonable rates. It is run by a warm and welcoming Kokani family, and this is their main source of livelihood, so supporting them truly makes a difference. They are very cooperative and always ready to help with anything you need, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, homely experience close to both the river and the beach.
