Center Point Residency

Overall my experience was excellent Cleaning and hygiene wise it was good 👍.As our planning were to roam outside n have food outside only. So I did not try their food but they do serve the foods but there is timing limitation.space in the room was good and outside premise is also calm. You will definitely like it.As their name of the hotel itself suggest center point residency. It is actually center of the market, Ganpatipule temple is 20 mins by walk and Konkan prachin museum magic garden also 20 mins by walk. Staff over there is helpful . They provide rental bikes and auto too. 💯 Recommended . Go for it.

Rooms are quite spacious. They have maintained it very well. Wash rooms are also quite neat and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. Owners stay just behind the hotel and they are also helpful and kind. Overall we enjoyed the stay at hotel.

The hot water facility sucks all time. The 3 ltr geyser is height of foolong customers by selling lie of 24/7 hot water.

Away from Ganapati mandir 850mtrs. The service and room is very nice. For lunch aditya खाणावळ is near and best for taste.

Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Wash rooms are also quite neat and clean. Owner and staff are very helpful and kind. Ganpatipule temple, prachin kokan and other food places are at walking distance from the hotel. Will highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting ganpatipule.

Clean and spacious rooms. Affordable price. Close to market and temple. Staff is cooperative.. Hot water timings are very limited for only 2 hours 6 to 8 am. Beds can be uncomfortable. Auto and rental bike are available. Area is nice and calm.
