Had an amazing stay at this stunning property with breathtaking sea views and a beautiful private beach right in front. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very aesthetic, well designed, and peaceful. The staff were incredibly helpful and always welcoming with a smile, and the owner is a wonderful host. They also have their own restaurant and the food is absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast, which was one of the highlights of the stay. Honestly, it didn’t feel like leaving this beautiful place. Would definitely recommend!!!

Location of place 10/5 nothing will beat this, the peace, the calm, the soothing noise of sea waves breathtaking view. A little struggle to visit but worth. 100 on 10 for the designer thoughts for building such a property at the location. Room: Rooms need to be taken a better care, quality is degrading cob webs around. No Water bottles provided in the room, they give tap water. Bottles are chargeable. Toiletries you need to ask for always. Local food is available which is tasty. However they operate only on Pre-orderings. This isn't a resort, its operated like caretaker villa or house support. So no receptionist nothing you have there. However, charges you like a 5 star property. 2 to 3 workers that's it, so if you want to complain there or share feedback no one would care as this boys working are definitely helpless. Do not book from there website, they don't own it, they say its third party operated and they don't take any responsibility for whatever money taken, unwanted convenience charges are taken on the website. on talking to lady who takes the call on the given no. She disowns. Also no credit cards & debits cards are taken, Which is a big big off going here. This people only ask for cash, on requests they will give you QR. Also i booked there Ambassador studio, However they goofed up there as well, as it was already provided to someone else. As said no one there to take your complain or Argue, I accepted the cottage leaving no option and dint wanted to spoil the trip. You guys charge like 5 Stars and basic things aren't available. The lady on the call just promised me we can use card payments, Neither the lady was available at the property nor the card machine. she called me and said sir you need to pay by cash while checking out on arguing presented me QR leaving no option. who carries so much cash in travel, cash access is for basic shopping. Also, i asked if you are taking these mode of payment refund extra charges are taking. As said, the lady replied on its third party sir. Really your own website is third party ? this is fake then. This experience completely turned me off. I was on leisure trip and dint wanted to fight and spoil my vacation with my wife. So left paying unwanted extra amount as convenience charges The Staff is supportive the kaka who takes care of food there is very cooperative too. They provided me with a beach date setup (Obviously separately Charged) which was awesome, Only good thing the lady Coordinated. Had a best time there, as it was only us at the beach. Earlier 2 days i Stayed in Rivercoast resort which is in devbaug Which was 10 times better in terms of service & facilities. I really Wish to visit this property only because of location. Rest they need to improve a lot lot. I am sure there will be lot of other options with better facilities. I am still regretting paying extra to you guys.

The place is sea touching near a private beach, its serene and rooms are great. However, to reach that place is a mammoth task , if you have senior citizen who cannot walk then won't advice visiting as you need to park you vehicle in another place ans walk to the resort, the language will be assisted by staff. Food is good not great , clean and hygienic, the staff is approachable and welcoming. When we visited during raining season and that not advised as out room was flooded the night before and cleaned before we checkin. I would recommend visiting Konkan fusion for food as it's amazing.

Great experience at Belantara beach front. Wonderful stay at Belantara Resort. Its a peaceful location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and very courteous staff. Perfect place to relax and unwind in Sindhudurg. Highly recommended!

This is a beauty. Small boutique resort is on the cliff and some rooms are hanging. Stunning view of sea, adjouring Beach and you can say it is like a private beach. Tastefully designed and maintained resort. Worth to visit and stay 2-3 nights. It is much better compare to any crowded location if you are beach lover. Food was tasty, super tasty.

Hello everyone I visited this place on 26th January. Just wanted to share my beautiful experience with Belantara , starting from our arrival to the end ,everything was so perfect and dreamy. We had second thought of going after reading few comments but again just wanted to say go and check that place on your own, you will love it and wish to never come back from there.

A Hidden Konkan Gem by the Sea This beachfront estate in the Konkan is truly a hidden gem—quiet, untouched, and deeply rejuvenating. Tucked away amidst swaying coconut trees, the property opens straight onto crystal-clear waters, offering a sense of calm that’s hard to find. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and nature takes over. The staff deserves special mention—efficient, warm, and always attentive without being intrusive. The in-house cook is exceptional and serves some of the best local seafood you can ask for. Every meal felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared, but the brinjal-potato rassa was an absolute standout—comforting, rich, and unforgettable. The estate is perfectly suited for both corporate offsites and family vacations. There’s enough space and serenity for focused discussions, as well as ample room to relax, bond, and unwind. Morning walks by the beach, evenings under coconut trees, and even dolphin watching make the experience truly special. Apple Maps led us straight to the property without trouble, but a small suggestion to the owners: adding a larger direction board on the approach road would help, as it’s easy to miss the final turn. Overall, a perfect escape into nature—peaceful, soulful, and highly recommended.
