Beachfront Villas

We had a wonderful stay at the beachfront resort in Ganpatipule. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, offering beautiful sea views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean and soothing sea breeze. The beach was clean and uncrowded, perfect for morning walks and relaxing evenings. The staff was polite, helpful, and made our stay smooth and pleasant. The food was tasty and satisfying, with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a relaxing and refreshing experience, ideal for anyone looking for a calm beachside getaway. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this resort.

Expensive first services offered. It is a home.stay at best and NOT a villa. U have to walk 7 to 8 mins to reach the beach, which is across the road. Staff is very courteous and warm, they take care of you. Food is average Ambience is good

Great place for a couple of days to getaway. Cozy rooms with a great view of coconut trees. Ample parking space with close proximity to Ganpatipule and Jaigad. Malgund beach is just 2 mins walk from this property. Food is good and breakfast menu changes every day.

Pleasant Stay at Beach Front Villas, Ganpatipule We had a lovely stay at Beach Front Villas, Ganpatipule, for 2 nights on 8th and 9th December 2025. The property is beautifully located near Malgund Beach, which is very clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing walk. We stayed in a cottage, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast and overall services were excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Sanjay for his warm hospitality, quick response, and supportive nature, which truly enhanced our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Right across the beach, well maintained and extremely polite staff. Loved that they are not using plastic water bottles on the room! We reached the place late in the night however Mr Sanjay kept track of us by calling frequently and making sure that our dinner order was taken and kept ready .

The rooms are okayish and the property is difficult to reach as there is no proper route. The location is not good, and even though the name says “beach front,” the beach is actually a 5–10 minute walk. There is no full beach view from the rooms. The overall cleanliness is average. The rooms look a bit old and not very well maintained. You can easily find better hotels or homestays in this price range. The service is also just okayish. They don’t have a proper restaurant, and you need to inform them at least 1 hour in advance if you want anything to eat. The food options are very limited. Breakfast is also just okay, nothing special. There are not many amenities on the property. No proper seating area, no indoor activities, and the surroundings don’t feel very lively. Parking is available but not very well organised. Overall, the experience was mediocre and not worth the price. Would recommend checking other properties nearby for a better stay.
