Bapat Niwas Home Stay

We had a very wonderful stay at Bapat Niwas homestay. The place is very neatly maintained and rooms are also very clean, with 5G wifi provided by host. The hosts are very warm and co-operative.The place is surrounded by trees and very peaceful, at walking distance from Ganapatipule mandir and beach. There is a dedicated private parking exclusive to Bapat Niwas homestay. There are many good restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner (breakfast is available on order in premises). We really enjoyed our stay at Bapat Niwas.

Bapat Home Stay is one of a hidden gem near Ganpatipule Temple. The place is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The hosts were extremely warm, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. The homemade food was delicious and full of authentic Kokani style, especially Ghavane Chatni and Thalipeeth. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Ganpatipule. We had a fantastic stay at Bapat Niwas Home Stay. The property is impeccably maintained, the rooms were clean, the toilets and bathrooms were hygienic, and the beds/bedsheets were fresh and spotless. A huge thank you to Yogesh sir and his team, who were incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. The location is quite convenient, being a peaceful 15–20 minute walk from both the Ganpatipule temple and the beach. The highlight was the breakfast, it was homely, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Just a tip: make sure to place your order the night before so the team can prepare everything fresh. The room rates were also very reasonable for our weekday stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, hospitable stay in Ganpatipule!

Stayed here on 11th, 12th Feb 2026 in 4 rooms with 10 family members. Had a very good stay. Quiet and very clean and well maintained rooms. Mandir is just 5 mins away. Provided everything that is committed. Breakfast was delicious with native flavours. Functional Tata sky connection and owner was courteous enough to add channels I needed. Absolute value for money !
