What a delightful find! we were warmly welcomed throughout our stay. And let's talk about the food – Pednekar Vahini's Kokani delicacies, spiced with homemade flavors and served with fresh mangoes from their own farm, were absolutely delicious. Plus, the nearby beach is stunning. It's the perfect spot to unwind, disconnect, and rejuvenate. A heartfelt thank you to the Pednekar family for making our vacation so unforgettable.

This is such a lovely and quaint place. Out close to the beach, a hidden gem. We never felt like we were outsiders. You are treated like family. Also the place is pet friendly, Amazing food, a beautiful beach is close by. A great place to disconnect and relax and recharge. A big thank you to the Pednekar family for making our vacation such a memorable one.

I and my wife have had sucha beautiful and soul filling experience at this place , evrything seems just so perfect, I have experienced truly service from heart from pednekar family you instantly feel the warmth and care they feel for you taking care of your smallest needs ,they will go out of their way to make your stay experience comfortable, this is very rear truly gem this family is , experience what truly kokan culture is they give more importance to people than money.....truly a home stay and not just some only comercial minded property I can go on and on for their service, Rooms are fresh and beautiful , kondura beach is just 5 mins walk from this place and one of the most beautiful beach it's is , it's location is such an advantage for the guests. When there are lesser guests in off season they usually do kirtan in the evening as part of their culture , in the peak season their homestay is full and might not get time to do kirtan ,we were lucky enough to be invited to experience it,they have musical instruments like organ, pakhawaj, tabla etc we were so happy to experience this at their home truly a kokan culture,also they newly constructed two rooms on the ground floor ,they also have a fruit garden where they grow mangoes ,coconut, supari and cashews you can spend some time there as well. Moreover even though our experience was rich this place is so light on your pockets ,experience wise it was more than a 5 star hotel I highly recommend this place for stay.

Place is lively with lovely people around, homely vibe and mostly the food is exotic and extremely delicious. Rakesh Dada and Rahul Dada, your humbleness and very ground to earth behavior made us feel as if we are living in our own house. Planning to visit once again along with Family now.....
