Cheap price, but dirty rooms, very old beds, bad ambience and no one cares. Not for families for sure. We were stuck for a night so we stayed in somehow.

Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was very cooperative, the food was delicious, and the location is perfect for tourists to stay and explore the area.

If you are looking for an economical place to stay near Sawantwadi Rd railway station then you can consider Anandi Nivas. Situated around 1.5 km from the station this a humble place. The room for single/ double occupancy aren't that spacious. Holds up a bed and some place to roam. Bathroom can be more clean and does not have a wash basin.

Good rooms, affordable price, free wifi 😉. Highly Recommended for budget travellers.

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Anandi Niwas. From the warm welcome to the clean and cozy rooms, everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making sure every need is taken care of. The atmosphere is peaceful,is convenient, and the food was homely and delicious.

Best place to stay for family , very homely feeling and food is absolutely delicious & also very important 5-6 min away from Sawantwadi railway station.

Room is very very basic and small. Vegetarian thali was good. Nice well meaning family. Not to be mistaken for MTDC property. it is a small private homestay
